Once we decide to work together, we will decide on frequency of visits. Typically, therapy is most effective when weekly sessions are held, though in some circumstances biweekly (or less frequent) sessions are warranted. Sessions will last approximately 50 minutes. Please contact me to learn more about my rates. I am fee-for-service only (I do not accept insurance), though you may inquire with your insurance company about listing me as an out-of-network provider. In this instance, you will be responsible for the full fee upfront but can be reimbursed directly by your insurance.
Sometimes therapy may last only a few sessions, and sometimes therapy can continue for several years. The duration of treatment depends on many factors, including presenting problems, ability to attend sessions, and treatment effectiveness. You and I will work together to discuss a tentative treatment plan that works best for you.
